First of all, congratulations! Your prize will be credited to your account shortly after the draw has taken place. If you are even luckier and have won the jackpot then our team will be in touch to arrange how to transfer you the funds directly, rather than depositing them into your player account. If you believe you have won a prize but have not been paid then please send a message to the email address above showing proof so that we can process it as quickly as possible.
If you have received a letter, email or phone call saying you have won a prize in a lottery or competition you did not enter then it is a scam. Do not respond to the scammers and ignore their messages. If you are in doubt over whether they are real or not, the best way to check would be to sign into your account and check your tickets manually against the results.
